Hello Varun,
Thank you for bug reporting. As i can see smbnetfs process die inside
libsmbclient code during network scanning. This is the most typical
problem with smbnetfs :((.
Usually it is caused by 2 things:
1) masterbrowser with really bad settings (i know one or two people who
was used to break his windows installation by unknown way with such
result). Quite rare problem.
2) samba bug or problem with local samba configuration like
https://bugzilla.samba.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5105
This is most common problem source.
