When testing dependency based boot sequencing, I discovered a bug in
the init.d script for hostapd. It need a mounted /usr/ and this
require a dependency on $remote_fs.
Fixing these issues is a release goal for lenny, so it is good if it
is fixed quickly.

Unfortunately, it is easy to do mistakes like this since there is (was?)
no way to test it.
May be something automated would help...? Not sure if it's possible
though, with all the combinations that could happen.
