Bug#451422: pulseaudio: CPU time limit exhausted after resume

If I set no-cpu-limit = yes in /etc/pulse/daemon.conf, then upon resume pulseaudio will indeed use 100% CPU on one of my processors. It appears that the message is not spurious; pulseaudio is indeed using a lot of CPU. I have no clue why, though.
