Your ftp daemon is very slow (or even unavailable) while the http is

Could you use minor case 'debian' instead of 'Debian', make the ftp path
be '/debian/' like the http path ?

Your archive mirror ends at the letter g, that makes your mirror not
usable :
http://mirror.dzek.ru/Debian/pool/main/

You should check that you have enough disk capacity with respect to the
choice of mirrored architectures.

non-free is not available on your mirror, could you make it available
please ? 

The project/trace directory doesn't contain any upstream trace file as
it should.
Take care to use anonftpsync : http://www.debian.org/mirror/anonftpsync
which manages all the details like trace directory, atomic sync, etc.
