libtime-piece-perl 1.12-1 is in svn for some time, but I've left it as "UNRELEASED" because I couldn't find anything that at least slight resembles a copyright statement in the source code. Filed as http://rt.cpan.org/Public/Bug/Display.html?id=33334 , no reaction so far.
