Package: lam4 Version: 7.1.1-3 Severity: normal Upstream introduced a bug into lam4 7.1.1 which prevents it from redirecting stdin to the program. For instance: $ mpirun C /usr/local/bin/charmm < scalar.inp
No longer works. This has been fixed in CVS, but with the Sarge freeze, that patch would be nice to have incorporated if 7.1.2 can't be. If I can locate the patch, is there a chance of getting it in? This problem breaks lam4 for a large percentage of my users. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (1002, 'testing') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.11-server1-server1 Locale: LANG=C, LC_CTYPE=C (charmap=ANSI_X3.4-1968) (ignored: LC_ALL set to POSIX) Versions of packages lam4 depends on: ii debianutils 2.8.4 Miscellaneous utilities specific t ii dpkg 1.10.27 Package maintenance system for Deb ii libc6 2.3.2.ds1-21 GNU C Library: Shared libraries an ii libgcc1 1:3.4.3-12 GCC support library ii libstdc++5 1:3.3.5-12 The GNU Standard C++ Library v3 -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
