Package: lam4
Version: 7.1.1-3
Severity: normal

Upstream introduced a bug into lam4 7.1.1 which prevents it from
redirecting stdin to the program. For instance:
 $ mpirun C /usr/local/bin/charmm < scalar.inp

No longer works. This has been fixed in CVS, but with the Sarge freeze,
that patch would be nice to have incorporated if 7.1.2 can't be. If I
can locate the patch, is there a chance of getting it in?

This problem breaks lam4 for a large percentage of my users.
