package pdl reopen 468637 thanks I cut & pasted the wrong bug number in the debian/changelog for release 2.1+parpack96-2 of arpack. The correct entry should have been:
* debian/control:
+ Build-depends on libopenmpi-dev only on some selected architectures
(closes: #468795)
