I tried to reproduce your bug on my system but wasn't able to do so. Is the bug still existing and do you have some tips for me how to reproduce it? Running spamd in debug mode (-D) can be also helpfull. There was such a bug in the spamassassin bugtracking system before (http://issues.apache.org/SpamAssassin/show_bug.cgi?id=3258), but this had been fixed with 3.1 and the attached message didn't reproduced the problem here.
