Hmm, apparently so.  Looking at `aptitude search ~i~Dlibsdl1.2debian`,
I tested torus-trooper, foobillard, tumiki-fighters and xmoto.  All of
them had the following line in xprop output:

    WM_TRANSIENT_FOR(WINDOW): window id # 0x0

Do you know which sdl package I should reassign this bug to?
