The mythtv-backend is a server that records TV shows. The mythweb package is a web interface for that server that lets the user view the program listings, program recordings, view the list of recorded shows, etc. For that latter function mythweb extracts frames from the recorded videos and puts them in PNG files in /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb/data/cache. These obviously change whenever there is a new recorded show or when such a show is deleted, thus causing aide to complain about every such change.
