Each time that debian-cd fails for one reason or another (the most likely
reason beeing that we lack some files in the mirror), simple-cdd continues
and later complains of missing packages in the generated CD:

It would be nicer to simply fail gracefully after the debian-cd failure
and to ask the user to try to fix the underlying problem that made
debian-cd fail.
