I currently can't test with the upstream version to test whether it's there, too as it's completely broken (crashes with the message from http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=86268 which we already have the fix for in). Of course, it hangs after the "Project CoSTA" slide but you said "open", not "run the slideshow". But you said "open", so I am tagging this unreproducible.
