When attempting to install from the above CD I got as far as "Validating Libcomerr2" before it came up with an error message saying "Debootstap error�������Couldn't download libcomerr2" I went back to main menu and tried "Install the base system" again. got error message "Cannot install Debian No Installable CD-rom was found and no valid mirror was configured" I tried changing my country from Australia to United States, but I got the same error message. There appeared to be no network traffic during the last "Install base system" attempts. I did not check network traffic on the first attempt.
