Aka, something should depend on an icon theme (xfce4-icon-theme). Having libxfcegui4 depends on it would enable all xfce apps to benefit from this. That brings hicolor-icon-theme and maybe gtk2-engines-xfce/librsvg2-common through Recommends (gtk2-engines *doesnt* Deps: or Recs: libxfcegui4). What do you think?
