Note that this is only the case for booting. The effect is more serious for shutdown, as the missing $remote_fs dependency make hostapd run after init.d/sendsigs killed its daemon. Please fix this issue soon. It messes up the shutdown sequence of those using dependency based boot sequencing. I will do an NMU to solve this release goal if it isn't solved quickly.
