Hi Tomaz, I've finally found some time to look at these events, sorry about the delay. There is a slight problem, which is that the Eee hotkey values conflict with the brightness hotkeys on normal Asus laptops (see also bug #459328 -- which you also reported, ah!). I'll need some information from you to distinguish an Eee from a normal Asus laptop. Could you send me the contents of the following two files: /var/lib/acpi-support/system-manufacturer /var/lib/acpi-support/system-product-name That will give me enough information to include the events.
