I've taken a look at this bug report and I think I'm going to tag it
"wontfix". It seems that the only point that we'd consider immediately
useful would be to organise the /etc/acpi files better, but that's a bit
difficult considering the fact that the package is already out there with
lots of existing config files. Also, we have an upstream to think about
(it would create diffs _everywhere_), and we have to consider that this
package is going to go away at some point in the (hopefully not so far
away) future. All in all, I think it's best to not tinker with the package
too much unless there's a real need. But thanks for your feedback, and
please understand that it's not because I don't agree with your points --
I'm quite aware that the package isn't perfect, believe me. :-)
