Hello Steffen,

what are you referring to?  I also have version 2.78-1 installed and when
I run 'man 2 access' I get:

SYNOPSIS
       #include <sys/types.h>          /* See NOTES */
       #include <sys/socket.h>

       int accept(int sockfd, struct sockaddr *addr, socklen_t *addrlen);

[...]
