Package: apt-proxy Version: 1.3.0 Severity: normal
The manpage for apt-proxy-import doesn't specify that the full, not a realtive, path is required to import: SYNOPSIS apt-proxy-import [-c <config-file>] [directory-name] ... Failure to provide a full path results in broken links in /var/cache/apt-proxy/dpkg-name.links. Specifying cwd as '.' results in recursive links. Fix: Modify documentation to indicate full path is required, or modify program to convert relative paths to full path when generating links. Workaround: specify full path, or "$PWD" for cwd. -- System Information: Debian Release: 3.1 APT prefers testing APT policy: (950, 'testing'), (400, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Kernel: Linux 2.6.7-1-686 Locale: LANG=en_US, LC_CTYPE=en_US (charmap=ISO-8859-1) Versions of packages apt-proxy depends on: ii ash 0.5.2-4 Compatibility package for the Debi ii binutils 2.15-5 The GNU assembler, linker and bina ii grep-dctrl 2.1.8 Grep Debian package information ii netbase 4.21 Basic TCP/IP networking system ii rsync 2.6.4-2 fast remote file copy program (lik ii tcpd 7.6.dbs-8 Wietse Venema's TCP wrapper utilit ii wget 1.9.1-8 retrieves files from the web -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
