Well, there may be a bug there, but it's not hal fault. If you dont want to
run vlc, just disable it or dont use thunar-volman.
Yes, there are two bugs, one in VLC, and one HAL-related (Xfce should treat this
CD as a regular data CD, not a video DVD, and start Thunar).
