Well. you might want to offer him maintaining it together, so the load
(if any) is splitted.

Anyway, if he is going to fix it and solve the things mentioned in the
removal report - fine. If it is just a one-off thing now to prevent
removal - it will only help for a short time and then die in another
removal request.
