To reproduce:
1) In a terminal run
dict -h dict.dvo.ru -d -s substring idioms "ложка дегтя в бочке меда"
or just
dict -h dict.dvo.ru -d -s substring idioms "ложка"
The entry ложка дегтя в бочке меда is successfully found and
translated.
2) In emacs run
M-x dictionary-match-words RET ложка дегтя в бочке меда RET
Nothing is found.
Similar bug #454931 for dictionary-search function has been fixed just
nicely not long ago. Hope there will be no problem in fixing this one
as well ;-)
