I attach a picture saved in LightZone in order someone can check if my guess was right.I do not need you to package 2.11.0 for me, I will try to do this myself in order to test, thanks anyway for proposing it.
The trunk version does display the XMP and exif metadata for the sample image (like "xmp.CreatorTool = LightZone 3.4").
