To a new version of those scripts (>= 2004-07-19). You can find new version in /usr/share/misc/ from package autotools-dev. Basically it's just a matter of running: cp /usr/share/misc/config.guess autoconf/ cp /usr/share/misc/config.sub autoconf/ -- .''`.
