That doesn't really give more information, except the error message
formatted differently:
Exception `NameError' at /usr/sbin/apt-listbugs:773 - uninitialized constant
Locale::LangInfo
But as mentioned in the last message, removing
/usr/lib/ruby/1.8/locale.rb from libgettext-ruby1.8 makes 'w' work again
(but breaks e.g. fantasdic).
