Legal stuff should not be translated, IMHO. I thus suggest use po-debconf
"flags" to avoid marking the legalese thingies in the license template as
untranslatable.

See attached patch.

Please run debconf-updatepo after applying the patch and, while you're at
it, please send a call for translations with the "podebconf-report-po"
utility (it would have been nice to do this *before* uploading the package...).
