AFAIKS all those are Apache2 specific problems now. I reviewed the code and IMO eliminated all potential zombie bombs. The remaining complaints with Apache2 are: - mod_cgi produces zombies, mod_cgid does not (not reproducible for me) - data comming from the CGI script is buffered until the script terminates (this is reproducible from time to time, but not always. Apache just reads the data and does not send it out trough the socket). I cannot reproduce any of those problems with boa as http daemon (though APT has issues with it, but that is a different story).
