Yes, but this is only a suggestion, not a dependency or a recommendation, and suggestions are not required to be satisfiable. So if you insist on considering this a bug, I will downgrade it to wishlist severity. Agreed? (By the way, the upcoming new courier-filter-perl version will instead suggest libnet-address-ip-local-perl (without the "v4" in "ipv4"), which corresponds to a new Perl module available on CPAN.)
