postconf(5) documents the 'sleep' smtpd restriction:

This feature is available in Postfix 2.3.

Yes, it *does* say that this feature is only available in postfix 2.3,
but I still would prefer it if only the really existing options were
listed in the documentation. Especially since sometimes, features are
backported and available in the Debian package - in this case that's
what I thought.
