thankyou
Hello,
I'm having a bit of difficulty in working out how to easily fix this
problem where the VT100 chars crash your font.
Currently VT100 characters are enabled if
- the character set is not UTF-8
- there is a TERM variable set
- the terminal has a VT100 character set
So is this problem due to an incompatibility of the VT100 character set
and the Cyrllic one or is it something more general?
I could have a specific test for that CODESET and use ASCII if that
is found. If you know a bit about C I can write a small program
to find what charset is used, essentially printf("Charset is %s\n",
nl_langinfo(CODESET));
