If this bug is still present, I need more info like a description of your ulog setup to reproduce this bug. Can you send me a tar file including such a corrupted table and may I give it to mysql for further analyzation? If your tables had the CHECKSUM=1 option and you recently upgraded from MySQL 4.0 to 4.1 the bug can come from this upgrade.
