The 'upgrade-error' template contains this:
Fortunately, there should be a backup of the database made just before
the upgrade in ${dbfile}.
However, the file name seems to be missing in all my tests.
The ${dbfile} variable is filled in by dbc_upgrade_error():
db_subst $dbc_package/upgrade-error dbfile $dbc_dbfile
but I don't see anybody defining $dbc_dbfile. I assume that should
be done by the dbc_*_dump() functions?
