Hi Marcos,

do you have a file  /etc/dbus-1/system.d/knetworkmanager.conf?

Have you read and followed the instructions in
/usr/share/doc/network-manager/README.Debian , section "Security"?

Please add your user to group "netdev", reload dbus and try again.
