Ok, the missing "done" message made me believe that the init script
failed to run properly (thus I filed with severity important). This
doesn't seem to be the case, it's running correctly, only missing a
proper succ_msg. So I think downgrading to normal or minor would be ok,
but leave it up to you to decide.
