No reply..Right. Inputting Résumé seems to work fine for me without building with ncursesw. What doesn't work for you that needs it?-- Asheesh.
I'm not sure what alpine gets from libcurses. We use escape sequences from terminfo/termcap to move the cursor around and that's pretty much it. So unless I'm missing some critical piece, it doesn't seem like it would make any difference.
