Example attached. The window in the center is sticky and is above the other window in the list. 'xfwm-bug1' is taken in a workspace with only that window in the given region; 'xfwm-bug2' is taken after switching workspaces.
In both cases I have other open windows on my desktop, not shown. In case it's relevant, I'm using a dual-head setup.
