I've ran it with your data, and does the expected stuff. apt bug
isn't fixed yet, fontconfig bug is now fixed. Apparently
'Explanation' isn't edited by aptcleanup (it can be edited by user),
so although only a part of the problem still exists (466052 is already
fixed), it's still there. I guess it is a potential feature
enhancement.
