Perhaps it's somewhat related to #458457, though not identical.
I take it your printer is set up through CUPS (rather than old-fashioned
printcap or something). Right?

warn+all is not so useful. Try
WINEDEBUG=+relay,+seh,+tid,+psdrv,+winspool or something.
