Ah, sorry. It seems that with the check for the changes version, dak
refuses to take the uploader from the changes. With the check that
now rejects problematic .changes (with wrong file sizes and
checksums), dak does send REJECTs.
With a bit of luck, we get key-based REJECT CCs (good for sponsoring
packages, too) one of these days.
