I'm kinda new with this... I forgot one thing, I recompiled the kernel.
The sound drivers are compiled into the kernel, does that matter?
(probably a stupid question)

Create /etc/modprobe.d/sound:
alias snd-card-0 snd-hda-intel
options snd-hda-intel index=0
alias snd-card-1 snd-mtpav
options snd-mtpav index=1
and restart alsa / reboot.
