According to that page, this is the Windows port. Did you see any
Linux-compatible sources there?

You're right. I've been keeping an eye on it for a little while now and I'm
not sure when it'll be back...

Well, the existing version does have AI. Search the manpage for AI, it's
activated by pressing 1, 2, 3 or 4.

I'm not sure I'd have time to help maintain other games, but I'd be keen on
co-maintaining jumpnbump, burgerspace and dopewars with the Games Team. The
packaging for these games is already stored in an svn repository under
collab-maint on Alioth.
