However, it's a bit lengthy and hard to remember.
I still think that having an "Index" option that automates the above
operations would improve Grace significantly.  Pretty please?!?

I can understand, but the problem is: if I start creating accounts on
forums and bug tracking systems for each piece of software I use, I
quickly go mad trying to remember gazillions of passwords...
That's one of the reasons I love Debian BTS: it allows me to report
bugs without any need to create accounts.
