I haven't seen in the code any way to use some of the ssh_config options. In fact, the option ControlPath that the author of the patch (Fabian Pietsch) tries to fix can not be used. Also, none of the provided patches is applied, so I can not understand why you closed this bug. So, please, tell me if this can be done and I've not been able to do it, or the bug just can not be closed. Regards.
