Package: libghc6-configfile-dev
Version: 1.0.4.1
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
A package failed to install. Trying to recover:

I'm not really up on what's meant to happen next, but dpkg believes the
package to be installed, and then can't remove it because pre-remove
fails. Cue the judicious application of "exit 0" to get rid of the
thing.
This seems to be a repeat of #429486; can the dependency on MissingH be
set more strictly?
