reassign 162258 libpam-runtime thanks IN #162258, you wrote:
========================= Hello, installing 'login' tries to mangle the PAM config files to significantly lower the bars on what I normally have (every time :-( ). I think that nullok should be abolished, and min/max should be 7/15 at least, and md5 should be on by default ;-) Please tell me what you think about this. ========================= login PAM modules actually include /etc/pam.d/common-* files which all have default values considered to be "safe". So, this bug certainly does not belong to the login package but to the libpam-runtime package, which these files belong to. Indeed, given the default contents of these files, which appear very safe to me, I think this bug should be closed as pointless. -- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
