It builds an architecture dependent shell script.

I do not build depend on java-gcj-compat-dev, I only build depend on
gcj.  I also think that libtool only checks for gcj.  Afaik, I should
go for "gcj [!alpha !arm !hppa !hurd-i386]" instead.
