well -- what could be better than a dedicated test user? :-) I would be
eager to give it a shot even by starting 'manually' if you gimme a hint
on the cmdline. Because setting up building env would be more of the
hassle (which I started to do...) I would appreciate if you share your
debian/ (or did you just build it from sources without packaging?)

May be you have git repo for it? or svn? so I could simply clone it and
may be be helpful in crafting the script?
