Hello, Well, I made the change and now calling binary-arch target of debian/rules no longer runs latex. However, as you can see on line 156 of http://buildd.debian.org/fetch.cgi?pkg=libtommath;ver=0.39-2;arch=s390;stamp=1209376922, sbuild is actually calling the build target -- not the binary-arch target as previously asserted.
