Package: bittorrent
Version: 3.4.2-11
Severity: normal
File: /usr/bin/btlaunchmany.bittorrent

If a connect fails and a download tries to restart, btlaunchmany no longer
notices .torrent files being added/removed from directory and stops responding
to Ctrl-C to break the program. When that happens the only way to stop the
process is to kill -KILL it.

I suspect it has something to do with the locking during filecheck but I
haven't had a chance to work on fixing it yet.
