thanks
Severity: normal
I got back to 5 (waiting 6.1 eagerly :)
Now i got :
/etc/cron.daily/00logwatch:
Can't open: /usr/share/logwatch/scripts/services/emerge at
/usr/sbin/logwatch line 728.
run-parts: /etc/cron.daily/00logwatch exited with return code 2
in my cron emails. I received the logwatch emails though it only
contains the "cron" service datas.
The problem exists because config files are not removed on a downgrade. (The
easiest workaround is to purge and then to reinstall the old version, but it
only works if the package is not a dependency for another installed
package.) I could change the code for debian, but I'm not sure if this is a
good idea.
I'll think about it. May I'll just write the error out and don't exit.
That I downgraded the bug does not mean I'd take it less seriously, it's
just not at all a requirement for any debian package to support downgrades.
